Overview
E.N.G Pools and Landscape is a veteran-owned home builder serving Houston, Waller, and the surrounding Texas communities. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Pool Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of swimming pool construction projects. This pivotal role involves overseeing all phases of project delivery, from initial design schematics to final inspections, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional outdoor leisure spaces. Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of pool construction projects, including site assessment, design review, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and identify potential delays proactively.
  • Oversee construction estimating processes utilizing HeavyBid or comparable tools to prepare accurate cost projections and bids.
  • Manage project documentation with Bluebeam and ProCore for seamless communication, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress reports.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety compliance, quality standards, and adherence to blueprints and schematics.
  • Coordinate all aspects of project delivery including contracts review, resource allocation, procurement, and schedule adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure effective time management across multiple projects while maintaining clear communication channels among all stakeholders.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, Civil 3D models, and construction drawings to verify accuracy before construction begins.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, change orders, contracts, and safety reports for audit readiness.

Experience

  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects within the swimming pool or civil construction industry.
  • Strong background in construction estimating with familiarity in HeavyBid or similar software tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of project scheduling using Primavera P6 or equivalent programs.
  • Hands-on experience with construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam for documentation control.
  • Skilled in blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and civil site plans including Civil 3D models.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple teams on-site with a focus on safety protocols and quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with contracts management and negotiation processes related to construction projects.

  • Perks-We offer our Project Manager a commission structure that mirrors our sales commission program. When a project is completed on time, and brought in at budget or under budget you get a comission percentage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
