Allay Med Spa located at 24510 Kingsland Blvd Katy, TX 77494, is looking for a dynamic esthetician and licensed laser technician to help grow the MedSpa housed in the clinic. This individual will be an experienced esthetician with a demonstrated ability to market esthetic services to our patients.

This individual candidate will help guide the development of the new service line with first class customer service.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in their field, a self-starter, innovative, outgoing and customer-oriented person with ability to engage diverse guests to the clinic.

Responsibilities

• The employee is responsible for ensuring an outstanding guest experience, building relationships with clients and building up clientele, and selling the value of services and associated skin care products
• performing a comprehensive and detailed skin evaluation on customers
• perform aesthetician services including but not limited to:
• chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, laser hair removal

high emphasis on boosting sales of services and products, bringing in new clients and retaining current ones

• be proficient in documentation and use of the EMR software system
• be willing to help the company grow and participate in educational activities to further their own knowledge
• should be a team player, respectful of others, and creates an ideal customer experience through a friendly and helpful attitude

Requirements and skills

• active aesthetician license for the state of Texas
• TDLR Laser Tech
• positive, professional, and pleasant demeanor
• effective relationship building skills
• sales driven
• honesty, reliability, hardworking and flexibility with the schedule

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
