Shelley Stuessel-Brian is the heart and voice of Hello Austin County. As your on-screen host, Shelley brings a vibrant mix of warmth, wit, and creativity to every episode — whether she’s whipping up one of her famous home-cooked meals or walking viewers through a seasonal craft project.
Behind the scenes, Shelley is just as involved. As Director of Operations for both Austin County News Online and Austin County Media, she helps run the day-to-day operations that keep everything moving. From pitching local businesses to crafting sponsorship deals, she’s the engine that powers the platform’s growth — and she does it all while connecting with the community she loves.
Her passion for people and creativity shines in every segment. Shelley doesn’t just host a show — she welcomes you into her kitchen, her craft room, and her corner of Austin County life. Whether you’re a lifelong resident or a curious first-time viewer, Shelley makes you feel right at home.

Meet Greg Stuessel
Greg Stuessel is the mind behind the scenes of Hello Austin County. As Executive Producer and Technical Director, Greg handles everything from camera setup and lighting to editing and live switching — ensuring every episode runs smoothly from start to finish.
With a background in broadcasting, journalism, and web development, Greg built the entire Hello Austin County studio infrastructure from the ground up. He also oversees Austin County News Online and Austin County Media, balancing the demands of daily news, advertising operations, and full-scale video production.
While Greg rarely steps in front of the camera, his voice is always present — whether chiming in with a quick question, steering the conversation from behind the scenes, or managing the creative and technical flow of each show. His calm, problem-solving approach is what keeps the operation running at full speed.
When he’s not producing episodes, Greg’s building websites, editing video, managing servers, or — most likely — solving three problems at once. Hello Austin County wouldn’t exist without his behind-the-scenes vision and steady hand.
