🎧 Episode Recipe:

What we used:
Dianna’s cream cheese icing
Wilton gel food coloring
Generic plastic piping bags
Wilton piping tips
Lots of fun
Dianna’s Cream Cheese Icing Recipe:
8 oz butter
8 oz cream cheese
32 oz powdered sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
Heavy whipping cream (if needed)

Mix butter and cream cheese together and beat
until smooth. Add powdered sugar a little at a
time until you reach your desired consistency.
If the icing is too stiff, add heavy cream a
splash at a time until it smooths out.

Unused icing can be stored in the refrigerator—
just be sure to date it so you know when you made it!

Coloring Tips:

When adding color, remember—a little goes a long way!
You can always add more, but you can’t take it out.
Use a toothpick to dab gel coloring into the icing,
then mix until the color is evenly blended.

Piping Tips We Used:
Wilton 30 (small star)
Wilton 2C (large star)
Wilton 67 (leaf)
Icing Basics from Dianna:
Keep steady, even pressure on the bag
Use slow, controlled movements
Make smooth, even strokes for consistent shapes
Let the tip do the work—don’t overthink it
And most importantly… have fun with it!
