The team’s achievement highlights their exceptional skills and knowledge of animal science and livestock production. Their dedication and hard work have paid off, and they should be proud of their accomplishment.

Granny’s Helping Hand and Veterans Stand Together Partner to Host Resource Fair for Rural Veterans in Sealy, Texas

Granny’s Helping Hand is partnering with Veterans Stand Together to host a Resource Fair, “Vittles With Vets”. The event is scheduled for April 29th from 9am-1pm at the Sealy American Legion Hall located at 1630 Meyer Street in Sealy. The aim of the event is to provide access to resources for veterans in rural areas who may otherwise only be available in the greater Katy and Houston area. The event is free and open to all veterans and their families. Complimentary food and prizes will also be offered.

Gifted Elementary Students from Sealy Schools Gain Valuable STEM Experience at Texas A&M Engineering Spark Outreach Program

Fourth and fifth-grade gifted services students from Sealy Elementary School and Maggie B. Selman Elementary School recently participated in the Texas A&M Engineering Spark Outreach Program. The program provided hands-on learning experiences and workshops to inspire and educate the students about science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields and prepare them for future careers in these fields.
