Position Title: Country Club Server with Event Expertise

The Role:
We are in search of a versatile and hospitable professionals adept at serving, bartending, and event assisting. The candidate will be a pivotal asset to our team, ensuring that our members and guests enjoy exquisite dining and event experiences marked by precision and warmth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Server Duties:Deliver exceptional dining service, ensuring member satisfaction.

Assist members knowledgeably with menu selection and order accuracy.

• Bartender Duties:Craft and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with excellence.

Manage bar inventory and maintain cleanliness and organization.

• Event Assisatnce:Participate actively in event planning and execution.

Contribute to event success through meticulous setup and breakdown.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in high-standard serving, bartending, and event coordination.
• Robust knowledge of mixology and a diverse array of beverages.
• Exceptional communication skills and a welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to navigate high-pressure situations with elegance and calm.

Compensation:

• Base salary starts at $8/hour, with potential earnings ranging between $12-$20/hour, inclusive of tips.
