Position Title:
Forklift Operator
Pay Rate:
($20.67/hr)
Sign-on Bonus:
$500 after 30 days,
$500 after 6 months,
$500 after 1 year and an additional bonus at 2 years
Retention Bonus:
$500 after 1 year
Additional lump sum after 2 years
Category/Shift:
Hourly Full-Time (7am-3pm – Monday-Friday) and some Saturdays

The Job You Will Perform:
• Following all safety rules and practices
• Reading factory orders and various shipping and/or receiving papers to learn customer requirements and processing information
• Monitoring conveyor take off lines, removing units form the lines, and loading units into trailers and/or placing units in storage areas
• Inspecting finished goods , checking load tags and unit counts to verify they are correct
• Accurately completing tally sheets to record units loaded into trailers
• Maintaining clean and organized work areas, storage area, and aisles
• Maintaining well-organized paperwork
• Generating accurate bill of lading
• Taking and maintaining accurate inventories
• Performing other duties as assigned
The Skills You Will Bring:
• Certified to operate forklift
• Ability to accurately read a measuring tape and ruler
• Ability to use basic shop math
• Ability to follow instructions, ask questions and work effectively as a member of a team.
