Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative provides an array of duties to include providing consultation and resolution services while handling inquiries from various customer channels, focusing on the on time and complete delivery of product.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supplying superior customer service and sales support.
• Data entry and processing of customer orders.
• Processing customer orders to include:

• • Reviewing orders for accuracy before input.
  • Adherence to standard process in order to ensure timely entry of all orders with special attention given to rush orders.
  • Assist with proofing orders as needed.
  • Help resolve customer inquiries or complaints related to shipments, inventory, and pricing.

• Liaison between corporate scheduling, corporate customer service, sales, and the plant.
• Main point of communication between plant shipping, customers, and sales for any deviations from the schedule.

• Provide and develop back up for their duties and other members of the customer service team.
• Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

Qualifications

• This individual should be well organized, a team player, self-motivated, and capable of developing solid customer relationships.
• Candidate needs to possess excellent phone etiquette, personable customer service skills. High level of computer skills included but not limited to Microsoft Office (most notably Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Working knowledge of 2020 Design is helpful.
• To be successful in this position, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.

Education and/or Experience

• Minimum two years customer service experience with track record of positive customer feedback.
• Experience in remote work is preferable.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle a fast-paced critical work environment.
• Kitchen Cabinet or 2020 Design knowledge is a plus.
