Dianna\u2019s Cream Cheese Icing Recipe:
8 oz butter
8 oz cream cheese
32 oz powdered sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
Heavy whipping cream (if needed)<\/p>\n

Mix butter and cream cheese together and beat
until smooth. Add powdered sugar a little at a
time until you reach your desired consistency.
If the icing is too stiff, add heavy cream a
splash at a time until it smooths out.<\/p>\n

Unused icing can be stored in the refrigerator\u2014
just be sure to date it so you know when you made it!<\/p>\n

Coloring Tips:<\/p>\n

When adding color, remember\u2014a little goes a long way!
You can always add more, but you can\u2019t take it out.
Use a toothpick to dab gel coloring into the icing,
then mix until the color is evenly blended.<\/p>\n
