Jason Smalley, President of the Bellville Lions Club, joined us in the living room to talk about their biggest annual fundraiser \u2014 Den Night! This patriotic-themed steak night features:<\/p>\n

– A delicious steak dinner with baked potato, shrimp cocktail, dessert bar, and drinks
\n– Live music and dancing with Winfrey’s country\/rock band (requests welcome!)
\n– Large dance floor for fun
\n– Live auction (12\u201314 items, auctioneer Mark Switzer), silent auction, and raffle (including a donated Lowboy trailer, barbecue pit with meat, and more)<\/p>\n

It’s sure to be an evening of dining, entertainment, and community support.
\nAll proceeds go back to the community \u2014 over $100,000 donated yearly, including scholarships, Blue Santa, and local organizations (over $1 million in the last 10 years!).<\/p>\n

Den Night takes place:<\/p>\n

Saturday, March 7, 2026; Doors open \/ event starts at 6 p.m. | Wraps up around 11 p.m.
\nLocation: Austin County Expo Center \/ Women’s Building – Austin County Fairgrounds Bellville, Texas
\nTickets: $75 per person (includes full meal and entertainment)

The Bellville Lions Club \u2014 “We Serve” since 1940 \u2014 also runs eyeglass recycling, a thriving Leo Club at Bellville High School (75+ students), youth scholarships, and more events like Sanger Fest and a booth at Rock the Country concert.<\/p>\n
