The Lady Knights finished off their regular season district play last week with three more games.
The Cross Country team ran in the “Little Monsters” 5K run in Bryan Saturday morning October 22, 2016. This event is held in support of and to raise awareness for those families who’ve had a baby born prematurely or critically ill and have had to spend any amount of time in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
Brianna Gallaher of Faith Academy took part in the Faith West Meet on Saturday, October 15th. She competed against 113 other runners in the Varsity Girls Division. She led the field of competitors by 30seconds and ran her personal best 3200m time of 12:06.
The Lady Knights took a break from district play this past week for a competitive match against 3A school Temple Christian on Monday night. Since Temple Christian was a more competitive team than the other teams in their district, the Lady Knights used this game as a warm-up match for the kind of competition they would meet in the playoffs.
The Faith Academy Knights took the field on Friday, October 7th to battle the Faith Academy Cougars of Victoria.
