The devastation wrought from the flooding in Louisiana has been incredible.  But, there were those who took it upon themselves to help their fellow man during this time.  Many people who had a boat began helping their fellow man.  Their deeds quickly spread across social media and they were dubbed “The Cajun Navy”.

But, now a lawmaker says that these volunteers need to be regulated with training and require a permit to render aid to their neighbors.  The following video is from USA Today:
